Summer’s final Crusie Night set Tuesday in Algonquin

The Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce is “gearing” up for its final Cruise Night for the summer from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at Oakridge Shopping Center in Algonquin in the parking area across from Sonic Drive-In, at 1090 S. Randall Road, Algonquin.

To help the local food pantry, visitors and car enthusiasts are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item to the chamber’s booth. As a “thank you” receive a coupon for a free ice cold treat from Sonic Drive-In.

The chamber’s Cruise Night has been a fun event for all ages. Visitors enjoy meeting with the car enthusiasts and the local businesses, all while enjoying great music and activities.
