Submitted by Mothers & More
Learn how Love and Logic techniques will bring more fun and less stress to your home at 7 p.m. Mondays, April 15 and 22, at Home State Bank, 611 S. Main St., Crystal Lake.
Mothers & More of McHenry County welcomes Christie Clarke of Out-a-Box Parenting to present how to create a positive learning environment in the home. By using these techniques, children experience the natural consequences of their actions and become more confident. As a result, families have more fun.
As a parenting coach, Clarke has been dubbed “The Nanny of Elgin” for working with individuals to help bring peace to households and quality to relationships. Her informative classes are positive and humorous.
On April 15, they will focus on topics for kids 8 and younger, including: tantrums, whining, food issues and bed times.
On April 22, they will focus on topics for kids 9 and older: talking back, chores, homework struggles and sibling rivalry.
