St. Edward 56, St. Francis 42: The Green Wave (18-7, 5-4) used a balanced attack as they earned a Suburban Christian Blue victory on the road. Madeline Kerr (16 points), Rena Ranallo (14 points), and Alexandria Lee (13 points, 8 rebounds) paced the Wave with double-digits.

Crystal Lake South 49, Prairie Ridge 48: The Gators (10-14, 4-5) found themselves behind 38-29 heading into the fourth quarter, but put together a huge rally to defeat the Wolves in Fox Valley (Valley) action. Stephanie Melone led the Gators with 11 points while Sara Mickow fell just short of double-figures with 9 points. Elizabeth Starck chipped in 7 points in the win.

Burlington Central 49, Genoa-Kingston 28: The Rockets (10-13, 4-3) started out fast and never looked back as they defeated Genoa-Kingston in the Big Northern East. The freshman duo of Jackie Collins and Alison Colby scored 10 and 9 points, respectively, to lead the Rockets.

Elgin Community College 76, McHenry County College 63: Cassie Dumoulin poured in 28 points to pace the Spartans to a Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference victory. Carly Saraceno (23 points), Alex Dumoulin (12 points), and Dijon Smith (11 points) also added double-figures for the Spartans.

Judson University 69, Holy Cross College 58: The Eagles earned their 12th victory of the season as they defeated Holy Cross College at home. Hailey Cnota scored a team-high 16 points to lead the Eagles while Kim Peek added 15 points. Emily Ragsdale added a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
