Baked Salmon
2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon fennel seed
¼ teaspoon coarse-ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dill weed
¼ teaspoon dried lemon peel
2 tablespoons butter
2 lemon slices
Heat oven to 350 degrees.Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets and sprinkle with the spices to taste. Add one pat of butter on top of each fillet. Top with a slice of lemon. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until fish is flaky but not dried out.Serves two.
