Walsh town halls coming:

U.S. Congressman Joe Walsh has announced the schedule for a series of Town Hall Meetings throughout Illinois’ 8th Congressional District. Walsh will take questions and address issues facing Illinois and the nation at each event. The first meeting is set for 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lake Villa Township West Campus — known as the former Gavin North School — 37850 N. Route 59, Lake Villa. On Thursday, April 28, Walsh will be on hand from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Schaumburg Township Hall, One Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates. He’ll wrap the town-hall action from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 30 at Challenger Learning Center, 222 W Church St., Woodstock.
