Shroder for U-46 school board

I wholeheartedly support Jennifer Shroder’s bid for a spot on the U-46 school board.

I have known her since my children started school at Channing Memorial Elementary School five years ago. During this time, she has been a very visible and active volunteer in our school, serving as a PTO officer and chairing several committees. Shroder knows that by staying involved in our schools she is building a strong community and helping to stabilize property values.

What sets Shroder apart from the other candidates is that she is a strong and courageous leader who is not afraid to stand up to practices and administrators who stand in the way of our children getting a good education. Additionally, she is committed to consistent and open communication with U-46 stakeholders and plans to meet with the community on a regular basis, always speaking for herself.

Jennifer Shroder is our community voice and she is exactly what this district needs to move forward — common sense and transparency. I urge voters to choose Jennifer Shroder when voting on April 5 for we need a change and we need it now.
