Local dancers head to Ireland for world championships

The McNulty School of Irish Dance would like to invite everyone to a fun celebration and send-off for Colleen McCoy and McKimmon Engelhardt on their upcoming trip to the world championships in Dublin, Ireland.

The celebration show and Family Day will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 3 at Ballydoyle Aurora, 28 W. New York St.

Bring the family and enjoy a terrific show by the McNulty Irish Dancers, featuring soloists Colleen and McKimmon.

Please join us in wishing them good luck at their last show before they leave.

Founded in 1971 by Barbara McNulty, the McNulty School has grown to become one of the most active schools in the Midwest, with classes in more than 15 locations across Chicago, Bloomington, and Rockford, Ill., as well classes in Wisconsin and Iowa.

The McNulty School of Irish Dance seeks to preserve the rich traditions of Irish music and dance by celebrating them now and passing them down for future generations
