Amore Campari

1½ ounces Campari1 ounce gin1 ounce Lillet (French bitters)6 raspberries, plus 3 for garnish1 egg whiteAdd all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and vigorously shake. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 raspberries on a pick.Serves one.Jacques Bezuidenhout for Campari
