Soy Sauce Chicken Wings

5 pounds chicken wings 1#189; cups soy sauce 1#189; cups water #190; cup granulated sugar 1#189; teaspoons monosodium glutamate (Accent) 3 teaspoons dry ginger 4 cloves garlic, minced 30 drops hot pepper sauce 6 tablespoons lemon juice Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make a single layer of the wings in two to three oiled baking pans. In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, water, sugar, msg, ginger, garlic, hot pepper sauce and lemon juice; pour over wings. Bake, uncovered, for 90 minutes, turning and basting as needed. Add more water as necessary; do not let pans dry out. Cool and refrigerate overnight. To serve: Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake, uncovered, 90 minutes more, basting and adding water if needed. Serves 12 to 15.
