Blushing Peach Smoothie
1 cup diced peaches, fresh or frozen
1 cup low-fat milk
6 ounces low-fat raspberry yogurt
1 cup ice
If using fresh peaches, put them in a single layer on a baking tray and freeze until solid.
In a blender combine peaches, yogurt and milk and ice, if using. Blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
Serves two.
