Tequila Lime Skirt Steak

4 portions (6 ounces each) skirt steak#189;cup tequila1#188; cup lime juice1 small onion, diced2 tablespoons olive oil2 cloves garlic, chopped#188; bunch cilantro, choppedSalt and pepper to tasteIn a nonreactive bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine tequila, lime juice, onion, olive oil, garlic, cilantro and salt and pepper. Add skirt steak and let marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.Grill or broil to preferred doneness, 3 minutes per side for medium. Serve as fajitas with all the fixings, or as steak dinner.Serves four.
