Montini 80, St. Edward 44: Whitney Holloway poured in 29 points and Whitney Adams had 16 points, 15 rebounds, 5 blocks, 5 steals and 6 assists for the No. 1 Broncos (23-2, 10-0 Suburban Christian Blue) in Elgin.
Wheaton Academy 61, Marian Central 43: Alexa Sharkey had 20 points, 8 steals and 6 rebounds as the visiting Warriors won their fourth straight. Meghan Grant added 10 points and 9 rebounds and sophomore Sarah Drury 13 points and 11 boards for No. 20 Wheaton Academy (16-5, 7-0 Suburban Christian Gold).
Glenbard North 54, Glenbard East 48: Amoni Reynolds poured in 28 points to pace the Panthers (5-19, 2-9 DuPage Valley Conference) to their second straight win. Meg Shannon scored 14 points and Olivia Trefilek 12 for Glenbard East (8-15, 1-9).
West Chicago 47, West Aurora 40: Katie Staiton scored 13 points, going 11 of 12 at the free throw line, as the Wildcats snapped a three-game losing streak. Jessica Baids chipped in with 12 points and Jordan Nickelson 10 for visiting West Chicago (14-8, 6-4 DVC).
Proviso West 53, Glenbard West 47: Cayla Herbst scored 17 points for the visiting Hilltoppers, who dropped their second close game in 24 hours against West Suburban Silver leaders Hinsdale Central and Proviso West. Abbey White added 12 points for Glenbard West (13-11, 4-6).
Downers Grove North 57, Oak Park 40: Jackie Burke scored 15 points to power the host Trojans (14-8, 5-4 West Suburban Silver). Madeline Boltin and Marissa Koszewski each added 11 points.
