Monday's DuPage County roundup

Glenbard South 65, Harlan 54: A 34-19 first-half advantage did it for the Raiders in the Jack Tosh Holiday Classic consolation bracket at York on Monday. Glenbard South (5-6) was led by Joe Harks' 18 points, followed by Mike Rovansek with 17 points and Trace Wanless and Dylan Rheault with 11 apiece. Romaine Hunter's 15 points led Harlan.

Brother Rice 51, Downers Grove South 42: Also at York, Brother Rice (9-0) bounced the Mustangs from title consideration with a 37-23 rebounding advantage and a 17-2 margin from the foul line. Jamall Millison's 11 points led Downers Grove South (6-5).

Hinsdale South 61, Downers Grove North 42: At Lemont, the Hornets advanced in the Large School championship bracket. Hinsdale South (7-2) got 12 points apiece from Brock Benson and Phil George, and will play for the championship bracket's Large School title at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday. D.J. Cienawa's 10 points led Downers Grove North (5-5).

Lisle 50, Lemont 48: Center Phil Palicka's 15 points led the Lions past the tourney host, which fell to 3-8. Lisle (6-7) also got 13 points from Ryan Liss and 12 from Marcus Wilson. The Lions face 4-7 Romeoville for the Small School consolation championship at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Immaculate Conception 63, Northtown Academy 48: At Luther North, the Knights' Demetrius Mobley scored 23 points and Michael Randick added 20. IC (7-4) aims for a consolation title after Saturday's 80-78 loss in overtime to Elmwood Park despite Mobley's 30 points.

New Trier 54, Hinsdale Central 38: At Proviso West, Hinsdale Central (4-5) dropped its second straight despite Tom Garvin's team-high 13 points. Nick Kladis scored 11 for the Red Devils. Alex Rossi scored 24 to lead New Trier (9-2).
