Scouting report The post-Sam Arnold era begins, as the all-everything forward has moved on to Michigan. A nice core of last year's supporting case returns, though. Fruehling expects Willert and Clark to use their athletic ability to dictate a more up-tempo Lancers attack. "The ball is going to be going through their hands," Fruehling said. Drozdowski boasts a nice midrange jumper and can mix it up with bigger players inside. Hard-working Chieseke now gets to show what she learned from battling Arnold in practice all those days. Keep an eye on Hahn, who was called up to the varsity during last year's playoff run. "Our guards are going to have to step up their game," Fruehling said, "and offensively they're going to have to create and set up their own shots. Everybody is going to have to step up and look to want to shoot the ball, to fill the void left by Sam."
