Senior job fair Tuesday

Schaumburg, Wheeling and Palatine townships will host their annual fall job fair for serious job seekers 50 and over on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Twelve different companies and agencies will participate, seeking candidates for entry-level to professional positions. The groups hiring include Alexian Brothers Health System, Manor Care of Elk Grove, Lifestyle Options, the Cook County clerk's office, the U.S. Census Bureau, American Income Life, Comcast, Underwriters Labs, Aflac and Harper College. The fair takes place 1-3:30 p.m. at Schaumburg Township, 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates.
