Lari's Spicy Corn Dip
1 pound frozen corn
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼
cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Microwave the corn to warm it up; drain well.
In the meantime, in a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, cumin, jalapenos and salt and pepper; mix well to combine. Fold in corn to evenly distribute. Serve warm with blue corn chips.
Serves eight.
