Lebavitz's 2 goals lead Lakes

Lakes 5, Wauconda 1: William Lebavitz had 2 goals and an assist, and Jonathan Stanley had a goal and 2 assists, as the Eagles stayed perfect in the North Suburban Prairie heading into Thursday's showdown with Antioch.

Lakes (4-4-2, 2-0) also got goals from Steven Korosis and Joel DeGrave. Korosis and Mitch Post each had assists.

Round Lake 9, N. Chicago 0: Carlos Salgado had 2 goals and 4 assists, as the host Panthers improved to 6-2-1 and 5-0 in the North Suburban Prairie.

Jordi Rubio also scored twice, while Alex Murua, Lorenzo Cortez, Abraham Valadez, Edgar Rodriguez and Gilberto Alfaro had the other goals. Junior Tovar, Jose Garcia and Jimmy Ramirez also had assists. Jose Landa made 1 save in earning the shutout.

Grayslake North 4, Woodstock North 0: Seniors stepped up for the Knights in the Fox Valley Fox match.

Senior Freddy Rosas scored twice and assisted on another goal, while seniors Brian Stout and Hans Germain also scored for Grayslake North (3-9, 2-4).

Germain also had an assist, as did senior Mike Tednes. Junior Richard Klarck (1 save) posted the shutout in goal.

"While we might be young across the entire roster," coach Adam DeCaluwe said, "tonight the seniors that we do have really led the team and showed (the younger players) just how to go about putting a team away."

Warren 7, Mundelein 1: Michael Hanachek scored twice for the Blue Devils in the North Suburban Lake match.

Warren (5-3-2) also received goals from Thiago Ganancio, Ruben Gayton, Michael Szczpanek, Brady Walsh and Brandon Brown.

Ganancio, Brown, Gayton, Andrew Piotrowski and Adrian Hernandez had assists.

Stevenson 3, Lake Forest 2: The Patriots rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit to win the North Suburban Lake game, as Gordy Gurson scored twice.

Nik Antonijevic also scored, while Steven Johnson assisted on both of Gurson's tallies, Ryan Uslander also had an assist.

Greg Golovan made 11 saves in net for Stevenson (10-1).

Zion-Benton 5, Libertyville 2: Marshall Hollingsworth and Andrei Alvarez scored for the Wildcats in North Suburban Lake action.

Libertyville fell to 4-5, 0-2.
