DuPage roundup: Glenbard West advances

Glenbard West 64, Glenbard North 52: Tyler Warden scored 19 points to lead the No. 15 Hilltoppers (12-14) to victory in the Class 4A Glenbard West regional quarterfinals. Glenbard West will play No. 3 Bolingbrook tonight. James Fleming poured in a game-high 21 points for No. 19 Glenbard North (7-19) and Evan Watkins added 18 points.

Fenton 63, Lake View 62: The No. 4 Bison (6-21) advanced in the Class 3A Gordon Tech regional by rallying from an 11-point fourth-quarter deficit. Justin Southward's two free throws with 15 seconds left provided the winning points. Peter Surma scored a game-high 24 points for Fenton and Emeka Umeadi had 13 points. The Bison will play No. 1 Ridgewood in the regional semifinals tonight in Chicago.

Oswego East 65, West Chicago 52: Tyler Griffith scored 25 points and grabbed 7 rebounds, but the 20th-seeded Wildcats (8-19) fell in the Class 4A East Aurora regional quarterfinals. Chad Driscoll had 7 points and 10 assists.

Austin Polytechnic 53, Montini 52: Anthony Blashewski scored 19 points for the No. 20 Broncos (2-23) in their loss in the Class 3A Glenbard South regional quarterfinals.
