Harv's Dip
1 pound ground round
1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
6 ounces jalapeno peppers, chopped (fresh or jarred)
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles, do not drain
In a large skillet, brown ground round and sausage together; drain well. Add jalapenos, Velveeta and chiles and heat until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 32.
