Marian students inducted into French Honor Society

The Marian Central Catholic High School French Honor Society held its fall induction ceremony Nov. 8 at Chez Pierre in Crystal Lake

There were nine new inductees recognized: Jillian Boddenm, Nicholas Sundberg and Sarah Van Der Bosch, all of Algonquin; Stephen Kita of Cary; Rachel Smith of Crystal Lake; Liana Liubinskas of Dundee; Megan Leahey of Harvard; Audrey Gustafson of Lake in the Hills; and Leann Gioia of Marengo.

Honor Society officers who welcomed the new members included: Jessica Dyrek of Huntley, co-president; Morgan Dzakowic of Woodstock, vice-president; and Dominick Cocciemiglio of Hampshire, recording secretary.

Current members Megan Harrison of Woodstock, Natalie Luck of Lake in the Hills, Rebecca Tobolski of Algonquin and Brian Oyler the society's sponsor also were there to celebrate. Another induction is tentatively scheduled for April.
