With over 20 years experience in the valuation arena, Ed Morris has joined the valuation forensic services team of Schaumburg-based Clifton Gunderson LLP as a senior manager in the Chicago area. Prior to joining Clifton Gunderson, Morris was a director for Grant Thornton LLP's Chicago valuation services group. His valuation and business appraisal experience includes valuation of business enterprises, equities and intangible assets for gift and estate tax purposes, marital dissolution, SFAS 141-142, and acquisitions and divestitures.
Marisa Kirsch of Oak Park was named alumni relations manager at DeVry University, Oakbrook Terrace. Kirsch previously served as a regional marketing manager for the university. She holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication and is currently pursuing a master of business administration degree. She is also a member of the American Marketing Association and the Young Professionals of Chicago.
Schaumburg native and West Chicago resident Daniel Bertsche, an Allstate exclusive agent, opened an insurance office in Lake in the Hills. North suburban resident Adam Fox joins the Women's National Basketball Association's Chicago Sky as chief operating officer, to lead the team's sales organization and oversee game and business operations. Fox, who has 16 years of marketing and sales experience, previously served as executive vice president of business operations for the Chicago Wolves.
Dale Nusbaum, president of Park Ridge-based McLennan Property Management Company, was appointed regional vice president of the Institute of Real Estate Management, to serve a two-year term.
