Sour-Cream Dill Sauce
½ cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
teaspoon black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve (for up to three days). Serve over poached salmon.
Makes about 6 tablespoons.
