Schaumburg-based Misumi USA Inc. appointed Masanori Suzuki president. Formerly, Suzuki served as general manager of the strategic planning department for Misumi Corp. in Japan. He holds a master's in business administration from Washington University, St. Louis, and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Keio University, Japan. Additionally, Misa Nishimura was appointed director of marketing and inside sales for the factory automation group. Nishimura was formerly director of global business for the factory automation group in Japan. Misumi USA Inc. also named Dwayne Roark senior marketing manager for the factory automation group and Ron Dziuda, former marketing manager, is new inside sales manager.

McHenry County resident Ron Cohen joined Resource Brokerage LLC, Schaumburg, as a broker specialist for the long-term care disability income insurance division. Cohen is a veteran of MetLife, John Hancock and the New York Life Insurance Co.

Daniela Stoyanova of Prospect Heights and Jenny Yang of Bensenville, independent distributors for Market America, advanced to coordinators of the product brokerage and Internet marketing company.

With more than 20 years of metals industry experience, Michael Sullivan was named vice president and lead appraiser for the metals inventor specialty practice at Northbrook-based Hilco Appraisal Services LLC. Sullivan becomes responsible for managing the overall appraisal process for all metals valuation engagements.

Des Plaines-based Littelfuse Inc. appointed David W. Heinzman vice president, global operations, responsible for manufacturing and supply chain groups for all of the company's business units. Additionally, Dieter Roeder was named vice president and general manager, automotive business unit, responsible for executing the business unit's sales and marketing strategies, developing new products and strengthening customer relationships.

Proactive Worldwide Inc., Rolling Meadows, named Kurt Neubauer director of its financial services practice. Neubauer previously led the financial services team for Guideline Inc.'s strategic intelligence division in New York.

Dr. Maria Rosselson, a Chicago native fluent in Russian and Spanish, joined Chicago Cornea Consultants, Hoffman Estates. Rosselson received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Kentucky. She has a particular interest in glaucoma and cataract treatment.
