Geneva 183, Riverside-Brookfield 227: Shannon Delaney paced Geneva with a 34 at Fresh Meadows. Kristin Cagney and Lindsey Fansler both shot 47.

Rosary 6, Wheaton Academy 0: The Royals improved to 2-0 with their home sweep against the Warriors. First single Emily Reiland won her match 6-0, 6-1 and Megan Tonner and Jen Winkle took first doubles 6-3, 6-3.

Fox Valley Trojans Basketball Tryouts:
The Fox Valley Trojans Boys Basketball team is holding a 2-hour tryout session for 11- and 12-year old boys interested in competitive tournament basketball.
Tryouts are Sept. 8, beginning at 1 p.m. at the Eastside Community Center gymnasium in Batavia, which is located at 14 N. Van Buren (South of Wilson St. in downtown Batavia).
Please get there 15 minutes early for registration. Questions regarding the tryouts can be directed to Emilio Tenuta at 235-1784.
