Chocolate Cherry Cream
2 cups whipping cream 1/4 cup sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract4 ounces sweet chocolate, grated3 cups black cherries, pitted, halved or quartered, depending on sizeIn a large chilled bowl, whip cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
