1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 cup minus 2 tablespoons slightly thickened vegetable broth (see recipe below)2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons dried dill1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper20 drops hot sauce, or to taste (optional)Add balsamic vinegar to a small mixing bowl and then, drizzle olive oil into vinegar while whisking, until combined. Whisk in thickened broth.
