Lower Fat Cream Cheese Frosting
8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, at room temperature8 ounces neufchatel cream cheese, at room temperature2 teaspoons vanilla 3/4 cup sifted confectioner's sugarAdd the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and with a hand or stand mixer, mix until combined. Add the vanilla and sugar and mix until smooth and combined.Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
