Chive Vinaigrette

1 small bunch chives, chopped1 shallot, peeled and chopped2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper1 cup olive oilIn a small bowl, combine the chives, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
