Waffle Iron Cookies
1 cup butter, melted 2/3 cup cocoa powder1 1/2 cups sugar4 eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 cups flour2 teaspoons saltGlaze2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup butter3 tablespoons milk2 cups powdered sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractIn large bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth.Heat waffle iron and spritz with non-stick cooking spray. Drop batter by teaspoonful onto each square leaving room for batter to spread. Bake 1 minute; carefully remove cookies with a fork. Let cool on rackFor the glaze: In medium saucepan, melt chocolate, butter and milk over low heat. Remove from heat, add powered sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend until slightly thin consistency.
