Jim's Flank Steak

2 flank steaks, about 1 pound each2 cups prepared teriyaki sauce1 cup Merlot or other red wine2 cloves garlic, crushed1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon WorcestershirePlace steaks in large plastic storage bag.In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, wine, garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire in bowl. Pour marinade into bag and "massage" into meat. Refrigerate overnight, massaging occasionally the next day to work marinade into meat.When ready to cook place meat on hot grill over direct heat for about 6 minutes each side. Slice thinly against the grain. Serve with wild rice or on a salad.Serves five to six.Nutrition values per serving: 269 calories, 12 g fat (5 g saturated), 4 g carbohydrates, trace amount fiber, 33 g protein, 78 mg cholesterol, 1,121 mg sodium.
