1/2 cup Cugino's Four Cheese Garlic Bread Spread 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs6-8 large portobello capsHeat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a shallow baking sheet.In a medium bowl, combine garlic spread and bread crumbs.Clean and remove the stems from portobellos. Fill the mushroom caps with a generous portion of the garlic mixture and bake 8-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
