Crispy Health Bars

2 cups crisp rice cereal2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower kernels 1/2 cup roasted salted pepitas (green pumpkin seeds) 1/2 cup roasted almonds 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup peanut butter1 teaspoon vanilla extractSpray 9-by-13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.In large bowl, stir together cereal, oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas and almonds.In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to combine.
