Orange Blossom

6 frozen Texas rolls, thawed but still coldGrated zest of 1 orange 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter or margarine, meltedCitrus glaze1 cup powdered sugar1 tablespoon butter or margarine2 -3 tablespoons fresh orange juiceHeat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch round baking ban with cooking spray.Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. Mix sugar and orange zest together. Stretch each roll piece to about 3 inches and dip into melted butter, then zest and sugar mixture. With this first piece, wrap around your finger and place in center the round baking pan. Surround the center bud in a spiral pattern with remaining pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake 20-25 minutes.Combine ingredients for citrus glaze and drizzle over orange blossom while still warm.Serves 12.Nutrition values per serving: 188 calories, 6 g fat (3 g saturated), 32 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 3 g protein, 13 mg cholesterol, 159 mg sodium.Rhodes Bake-N-Serve
