Fresh Strawberries with Honey Cream Cheese Dip

8 ounces neufchatel cheese (light cream cheese), softened 1/2 cup, plus 1 tablespoon honey; divided 1 teaspoon honey mustardFresh strawberries, cleaned and whole In medium bowl beat cream cheese at high speed until light and smooth. Add 1/4 cup honey and mix 30 seconds on high speed until smooth. Scrape bowl well. Add 1/4 cup honey and mustard. Beat on high speed until smooth. If mixture appears too stiff, stir in 1 more tablespoon honey.Serve immediately with cleaned and washed fruit. Dip keeps one week refrigerated. Bring to just under room temperature before serving.Serves six.Baker's hint: For a zestier dip, use Dijon honey mustard in place of the standard variety.Nutrition values per serving (dip only): 95 calories, trace amount fat (trace amount saturated fat), 21 g carbohydrates, trace amount fiber, 3 g protein, 0 cholesterol, 104 mg sodium.
