BarB Cups
1 pound lean ground beef 2 rolls (7¨ ounces each) refrigerated biscuits, regular size (8 per package) ¼ cup barbecue sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 ta-blespoon paprika ½ teaspoon celery seed ½ teaspoon chili powder Salt to taste, optional 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, gratedHeat oven to 450 de-grees. Lightly coat two standard-size muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.Brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain off fat and set meat aside to cool.Press biscuit dough into cups, being sure to force out any air bubbles.To the ground beef add barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, celery seed, chili powder and salt to taste. Carefully fill each muffin about two-thirds full, pressing beef mixture down with back of spoon.Bake about 8 minutes or until edges of muffin are very lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over filling. Return to oven additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of muffin are golden brown. Allow to cool in tray 5 minutes.
