Remy's Bacon and Onion Pizza

Pizza dough 1 cup fresh pizza sauce Handful fresh basil or oregano2 cups mozzarella, shredded 1/2 pound bacon, cooked, crumbled1 small onion, finely choppedHeat oven to 400 degrees.Oil 16-inch pizza pan and dust with cornmeal. Roll out dough thinly and place crust in pan. Flute edge of crust. Bake 5 minutes.Pull from oven, spread sauce onto pizza. Sprinkle pizza seasoning or fresh herbs such as basil or oregano on top of sauce. Add mozzarella and top with bacon and onion. Cook 15-18 minutes or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.Serves four.Nutrition values per serving: 551 calories, 23 g fat (10 g saturated), 56 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 30 g protein, 49 mg cholesterol, 1,275 mg sodium.
