Pesto Chicken Pizza

Pesto pizza dough 1 cup cooked chicken, diced1-1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce8 ounces mozzarella, shreddedHeat oven to 400 degrees.Roll out dough to fit 16-inch thin crust pizza pan. Place on pan. Bake 5 minutes.Remove from oven and top with sauce, chicken and mozzarella cheese. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese begins to turn a golden brown. Serves four to six.Cook's note: 1/2 cup fresh or sautéed, sliced mushrooms are a nice option.Nutrition values per serving: 458 calories, 24 g fat (11 g saturated), 34 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 23 g protein, 68 mg cholesterol, 938 mg sodium.
