1/2 cup crushed graham crackers¼-1/2 cup marshmallow cream4 cups 2 percent or whole milk1 cup chopped milk chocolate2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa1 teaspoon ground cinnamonMelted milk chocolate, to tasteFor the garnish: Turn broiler on. Spread crushed graham crackers on baking sheet in the shape of circles slightly smaller than the mouths of the mugs. Top with a generous layer of marshmallow cream and set aside.For the hot chocolate: Bring the milk to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium to medium-low heat. Add the chocolate and cocoa powder. Whisk until the chocolate has melted. Add cinnamon and simmer for an additional minute, whisking continuously. Remove from heat and pour into mugs.To assemble: Place baking sheet under broiler until the marshmallow is toasted and gooey, about 30 seconds. (Alternately, you can toast marshmallow with a kitchen torch.) Remove sheet from broiler and with a spatula lift disc from sheet and onto mug of cocoa, marshmallow side down. Repeat with other mugs.
