Chocolate Snowslides
4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped1 2/3cups milk, preferably whole milk, or 2 percent milk 4 ounces (¨ cup) Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur 4 ounces (¨ cup) Baileys Irish Cream 4 ounces (¨ cup) vodka Whipped cream, for serving Unsweetened cocoa powder, for servingIf you want a clever design on top of your drink, make a stencil using a piece of card stock that is larger than the rim of the drinking glass or mug you will use. Using an X-Acto knife, cut out a stencil, such as a snowflake or other design. Set aside.Warm milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat; add chopped milk chocolate and stir until smooth. Turn heat to medium high and stir in Kahlua, Baileys, vodka and heat until steaming but not simmering. Remove from the heat and pour into 4 Irish coffee glasses, or mugs. Top with whipped cream, letting it melt a bit to create a flat surface. Place the stencil over each glass and sift the cocoa over the top. If not using a stencil, merely sift a tiny bit of cocoa over the whipped cream.
