Fruit Salsa

1 green bell pepper, diced1 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored and diced2 green apples, diced1 papaya, peeled seeded and diced2 mangos, peeled and diced2 jalapenos, diced 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup rice vinegar3 teaspoons fresh chopped cilantro1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepperIn a medium bowl, stir together green and red bell peppers, pineapple, green apples, papaya, mangos and jalapenos. Pour off excess liquid.Add brown sugar, rice vinegar, cilantro and cayenne pepper and stir well.
