Chili-Lime Butter

1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened3 tablespoons fresh lime juice2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon grated lime zestKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to tasteCombine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and well-combined. If you refrigerate the butter after making it, allow it to soften at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.Adapted from "The New Gas Grill Gourmet" by A.
