White Russian No-Bake Cheesecake

White Russian No-Bake Cheesecake
1 envelope (.25 ounces) unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
16 ounces lowfat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons vodka
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons lowfat sour cream
1 prepared 9-inch grahm cracker crustIn small heatproof bowl stir together gelatin and sugar. Add boiling water and whisk until dissolved. Set aside 5 minutes to cool. In large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until light, about 2 minutes. Add coffee liqueur and vodka. Mix on low until combined. Scrape bowl well. Stir in sour cream. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill 4 to 6 hours or overnight before slicing and serving. Baker's note: For a splashy presentation, garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with additional liqueur.
