Crystal Lake Lions Club donates $1,000 to McHenry County PADS

McHenry County PADS, a program of Pioneer Center for Human Services, recently received a donation from the Crystal Lake Lions Club.

On Nov. 27, Erin Brumfield Grima, director of McHenry County PADS/Prevention Services, accepted a $1,000 check in support of homeless services.

The Pioneer Center appreciates the generous support as well as the wonderful collaboration to serve those in need with glasses and eye exams thanks to the Lions Club.

The community partnership helps Pioneer Center provide critical services to our community members in the highest need.

In addition to PADS in Woodstock, the Pioneer Center operates numerous group homes throughout McHenry County, including eight intellectual and developmental disability homes, five behavioral health homes and two autism homes.
