Oddball Art Labs to present 'Robots, Rockets and Space Vixens!'
Oddball Art Labs will host an opening reception for "Robots, Rockets and Space Vixens! A Pop Art Sci-Fi Spectacular" from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at Elgin ArtSpace Gallery, 51 S Spring St. in Elgin.
Enjoy a mix of 2-D and 3-D science fiction art. From robot rampages to alien encounters, this show promises to be a one-of-a-kind event!
From Oddball Art Labs, the creators who brought you "Cheesecake Anyone?," "Cheesecake Seconds Please! A Salute to the American Pin-up!" and Fez Fest.
There is a $5 recommended donation. Proceeds from the event go to Got Robot?, Elgin's own 4-H Spin Technology Club.
There is an open artist call until midnight Saturday, Sept. 2.
