NEXT yoga Cranks It Up with 2nd Annual ROOT TO RISE YOGA FEST

On Sunday, July 30 NEXT yoga and Sound Off are hosting the yoga festival of the summer! Everyone is invited to bask in the glory of the beautiful Morton Arboretum gardens and experience yoga like never before.

Participants will practice yoga to the beat of music pumped in from a live DJ, through wireless LED headphones. All are able to adjust the sound of the music and instructor during this 75-minute POWER YOGA SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE, led by Lauren Duncan of NEXT yoga. Duncan said, "Last year's fest was a transforming experience for all! Coming together as a community and celebrating life is what it's all about." This year's venue includes a Kids' Corner, Family Flow Yoga class for parents and kids alike and a Sound Meditation Class. "There is something for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, Root to Rise Yoga Fest is fun for all," Duncan added.

Guests are encouraged to stroll and shop at the Health and Wellness Market featuring goods and services from vendors and sponsors, balance on slack lines, experience Acro Yoga, Aerial Yoga or simply dance to the beat of the DJ. Participants should bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Everyone gets a FREE Swag Bag!

Fresh air, fitness, family, and friends - you don't want to miss out!
