Experience The Latest Exercise Concept And Meet Peanut Tillman At Spyrl Chicago's Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

HIGHLAND PARK, IL (MAY 23, 2017) - To celebrate National Fitness Month, SPYRL™, Chicago's newest GYROTONIC® studio, is hosting a special ribbon cutting ceremony from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23rd at 1781 Green Bay Road in Downtown Highland Park. The public is invited to join the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce and City officials to experience the latest exercise concept. Lunch will be provided.

Meet die-hard Gyrotonic enthusiast and former Chicago Bear, Charles 'Peanut' Tillman, who will be on-hand autographing footballs and photographs for a suggested donation to the Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation.

Find out what many celebrities like HGTV's Monica Pederson, who works out regularly at SPYRL, as well as tennis pro Andy Murray, Madonna, Lady Gaga and others have been raving about.

"I discovered Gyrotonic after suffering a knee injury in 2014 and, after one session, I saw significant transformation in my strength and flexibility," said Tillman. "I'm a huge fan of Gyrotonic, and as a professional athlete, this is by far one of my favorite workouts."

Guests will have the opportunity to try the cutting edge Gyrotonic Pulley Tower to mobilize the spine, relieve back pain, strengthen the core and increase flexibility, and meet SPYRL Chicago Studio Director, Certified Instructor and Elite Trainer, Amy Pena who has worked with a number of elite athletes and celebrities, including Tillman.

"I've been working with Amy for the past two years and am honored that SPYRL is giving back to my Foundation," continued Tillman. "It's always great when you have a community that supports what we are doing and helping to make our community better."

SPYRL is pleased to be partnering with the Charles Tillman Cornerstone Foundation in their mission of providing opportunities and resources to thousands of critically and chronically ill children and their families. In addition to donating a portion of all new registrations in May and June, SPYRL will be launching an online auction through June 30th featuring Tillman memorabilia, Bears tickets, thousands of dollars in free SPYRL classes and more, to benefit the Foundation.

SPYRL is currently offering a special 3-class introductory promotion for new clients and has packages available for 5 and 10 individual or group sessions. The first class is FREE for new clients.

A new 6-week class session kicks off the day of the ribbon cutting. Registration is now open for Tuesdays, May 23-June 27, 9:30 a.m.-10:25 a.m.; Wednesdays, May 24-June 28, 6:30 p.m.-7:25 p.m.; and Fridays, May 26-June 30, 10:00 a.m.-10:55 a.m.
