Hampshire pastor to retire after 25 years of ministry

The Rev. Diana K. Otterbacher will retire in July following 25 years of pastoral ministry.

Members of the Zion United Methodist Church of Hampshire will host her retirement luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, May 15, at the church, 157 W. Jefferson Ave. in Hampshire.

It will follow the 10:15 a.m. Pentecost Sunday worship featuring the music of Thomas A. Tufo of Hebron and a vocal/guitar solo by Nils von Keudell.

During the luncheon, the Georgia Rae Family Band will perform.

Rev. Otterbacher previously served the Alden, Greenwood, and Ringwood United Methodist churches in McHenry County.
