Apply for Side Street Studio Arts' 'Re:Pop III' exhibit

Side Street Studio Arts, 15 Ziegler Court in downtown Elgin, is proud to be hosting "Re:Pop III," the third annual printmaking pop-art exhibit Aug. 5-30.

"Re:Pop III" will showcase how the resurgence of printmaking as an art and business has shifted the dynamic of all media, and the future of the printed arts. This exhibit is focused on those artists dedicated to print media, i.e. fabrics, paper, and the remainder of all printed arts. The First Friday Artist Re:Ception will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Aug. 7. Stay for the Battle of The Bands competition at 8 p.m. for a $5 suggested donation. For information and to submit to "Re:Pop III," visit www.sidestreetstudioarts.org, or apply at bit.ly/1HKcrIN.

Submissions are due by 5 p.m. Friday, July 31. Work will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all space is filled. Large series/collections to be sold is highly recommended for this event.
