All ages are invited to join the Schaumburg Township District Library's bus trip to the Wisconsin State Fair, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 2, in West Allis, WI. The bus will leave from and return to the library's parking lot, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The $33 per person fee includes transportation, entrance fee and one of the fair's famous cream puffs. Registration is required and can be done over the phone with a credit card, or in person at the library's Information Desk. Call (847) 923-3347 to register by phone.

Fun, food, attractions, rides and much more await fairgoers, who can spend the day as they please. Agricultural exhibits, music venues, merchandise bazaars, carnival rides and plentiful eateries are just some of the fair's offerings.
