Animal House Veterinary Hospital is hosting Dogtoberfest on October 13th

On Saturday October 13, 2012 Animal House Veterinary Hospital will be hosting our inaugural Dogtoberfest. Dogtoberfest will allow you to bring your dogs and children to get their pictures taken and play games. There will be a doggie costume contest, picture station, a raffle and games for your entire family.

We will be hosting Dogtoberfest at our St. Charles location, 2079 Route 38, on October 13, 2012 from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

The cost for this event is a $10.00 donation where all proceeds raised will be donated equally to Anderson Animal Shelter and the Northern Illinois Food Bank. In return you will receive a 4x6 print with the option to receive a digital photo file. There will also be $1.00 games for kids and dogs and raffle items with $1.00 raffle tickets, where the proceeds will also go to Anderson Animal Shelter and the Northern Illinois Food Bank. We will also be collecting food items to donate to both organizations.

We wanted to use this event as a way for everyone to have fun on a beautiful fall day and also at the same time raise money for two wonderful local in need organizations. In these economic times, it becomes more difficult for organizations to get the donations they need to be successful in providing their services to our community. By collecting these monetary and food donations, we will be able to help provide food for families and their pets in the Fox Valley region.
